Tingsha Bells are also known as Tibetan or Majira Bells, Chimes or symbols. These small symbols generate a harmonic, high-pitched sound when tapped together lightly.

These bells are often used in meditation to start and close the practice as well as to keep the mind focused and calm. They are also used in energy and healing rituals.
To play hold the bells in both hands and lightly tap one cymbal onto the other.
